Specially Written Bonus!

If you haven't done a mad libs before - this is how it works!
1. Get a partner. Don't let them peek at the story, just read out the word that they need to give. For example, if the first blank has (noun) written, then the partner has to give a noun - any noun they want! (* hint - if you need help remembering the parts of speech, see my "cheat sheet" as a reminder below"
2. Continue getting your partner to brainstorm the words under the blanks.
3. At the end, read the story with the new words that were given. It may be a bit silly - that's the point!
Make sure to switch roles with your partner, so that you are giving the words, and your partner is writing them on the lines.
Here is a reminder of the parts of speech:
Adjective - describing word
Example: crazy, stinky, adorable, etc.
Noun - person, place, or thing
plural noun - more than one (example: buckets, earrings)
Example: skipping rope, London, Miss Gerritsen, sunglasses, etc.
Verb - action word
Example: skip, skipped (past tense), skipping (ending in ing), gallop, galloped (past tense), galloping (ending in ing)

Here they are! Again, you can print them and write the words right on the page by downloading the document on the bottom! You do not need to turn the work in to me for writing this week (unless you think that it is SUPER funny and would like me to read it!)- just have fun!
